Feel better! I'm so sorry to hear you have shingles. My mom got them on her head about 3 weeks before the Christmas that almost didn't happen! I love your blog! It makes me laugh every time I see a new post.
ReplyDeleteTake Care,
Sarah Cedeno (Mom-to-be of Bailey Glory of High Calling Cockers)

All of us down here in WI hope that you get better soon!! I LOVE this picture of the B girls!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! We were close to your neck of the woods on Sat. I have to post pics:) Pete took me across the Bong Bridge from Deluth to Superior and it was Beautful! I was thinking of all of you when I was there:) Take care and I have to agree with everyone else the B girls Blog is the BEST and I'm sure that Mary is laughing with every post! You should write a book Suzy!!!!!!!!!!! And I am VERY serious when I say that:)
ReplyDeleteMy favorites are "Betsy Shows Bonnie She's Here To Stay" and "Bonnie Gets Rear Bumper Dent Repair". I keep going back and re-reading them! But the one that amazed me were the pictures of the forest fires. We live in Buffalo now, but my husband grew up in Saginaw. He keeps saying he's going to take me and my Mom to Frankenmuth because we're crazy about Christmas! With Bailey coming as well as a deaf rescue who's also a Cocker, I don't think it will be this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sarah, Your comments are very uplifting! I used to love to go to Frankenmuth, but the Frankenmuth of today is not the way it used to be....but then not much is anymore! You should bypass Frankenmuth and come up over the bridge...promise you would love it! Bonny & Betsy now have a new blog you might want to check out.... bonnybaywatch.blogspot.com I know you might enjoy it, although this one is not strictly about the girls. Have fun with your new baby Bailey and your rescue dog...sounds like instant family and perhaps a real challenge. Suzy (sharon)
ReplyDeleteIs that near Macinaw Island (not sure I spelled that right). That's the other place he wants to take me to. One of my favorite passions is landscape/nature photography, so I'm always on the hunt for some great vistas, and particularly waterfalls. If we come I'm going to ask you for some tips on where to go-definitely hitting that ghost town, though!
ReplyDeleteI know I'm going to have my hands full, but I've got the best help a girl can have. There was so much we did wrong with Peanut, our 1st Cocker, and because of that he was so destructive (totally our fault!)that we vowed we'd never get another one. He wasn't gone 3 months and I was Googling breeders. That's how I found Sue-our house just wasn't the same without him. So, I developed an instant obsession with Cesar Millan. I'm working my way through all his books, all his past Dog Whisperer seasons and have his "Mastering Leadership" series. With all he's taught us, there's nothing we can't handle. I've started putting it to use with Chica and already notice a huge difference in her. I'm so in love with him I named my blog after him. There's not much on there yet, but feel free to check it out. I set it up in anticipation of the new arrivals to document our successes. livinglifecesarsway.blogspot.com
